The Conadilly Canvas 2025

For youth, for mental health, for North West NSW - with love from Gunnedah.

The story of the Wall

Painted by muralist Katie Louise Bigg and co-designed with our 2025 youth competition winners, The Conadilly Canvas brings together artworks exploring mental health, belonging, connection, and hope.

The mural moves from darkness to light - a journey from struggle to strength - reminding us all that help, hope, and community are always within reach.

The Conadilly Canvas Comes to Life 🎨

From the first brushstroke to the final seal, The Conadilly Canvas found its voice.

Watch the wall transform as muralist Katie Louise Bigg, our incredible young artists, and the Gunnedah community paint hope, connection, and courage into colour.

Community Paint the Wall Day

The Conadilly Canvas wasn’t just painted for the community - it was painted with the community.

Our Paint the Wall Workshop Day invited locals of all ages to pick up a brush, connect, and add their colour to the mural’s story.

From kids and parents to local businesses and passers-by, hundreds of hands helped bring this message of hope and belonging to life.
